Project | Riverscape (New)
After VARIATIONS IN TREES, I was excited to explore a new subject. Strangely enough, my next project was right beside me the entire time, patiently waiting to be discovered. I am grateful that my adopted living area is such a rich source of inspiration for me. Every time I cross one of the local rivers and take a quick glance down, I am struck by its unique beauty.
As usual, it was ‘the common’ that captured my interest. The river Allier, the lifeblood of the Auvergne landscape, stretching 425 km from South to North in the heart of France, became my latest inspiration.
